How long have you been working in the industry? 22 Years 

 

What do you love most about your job? Helping people’s dreams come alive.

 Best tips for buying land?

  • Visit the lot and have a stomp across it
  • Investigate where you are buying what the development and surrounding area offer
  • Talk to an agent who is experienced in land or land and build
  • Have a good broker and understand your budget

 

I grew up in:  Adelaide

 

If you had your own talk show, your first three guests would be: The Dalai Lama, Banksy and Lisa Randall – she’s a Theoretical Physicist likely to change our understanding of the Universe!

 

If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life:  Murray River Cod and yabbies with butter, dill, tarragon, lemon, pepper and capers

 

 What are your hobbies? Real estate, motorbikes and tinkering – I love fixing broken things. 

 

Office or work from home? Never stop so both

Online or instore? Preference is instore for enjoyment and the experience, reality however is I am always online seeking bargains

 

Winter or Summer? Summer but more specifically Spring

  

Favourite band: Any live music 

 

Favourite drink: In the immortal words of UB40 Red Red Wine

 

Dogs or cats? I have both but the dogs have got to win, just don’t tell my cats 

 

What do you love most about Miravale? Miravale has wide meandering streets with award-winning parks and open spaces, great locals with an enviable community spirit, situated in the heart of Angle Vale which still retains that lovely township feel – why would you want to call anywhere else home.
