As we all settle into the new year, we’re excited to share some announcements of what’s to come at Miravale in 2024!
We’re excited to extend Miravale and commence construction east of Frisby Road in 2024.
Frisby Road Entrance
We’re looking forward to commencing construction to the east of Frisby Road in 2024. This exciting new stage will include a new entrance to Miravale, and a new section of Saverio Boulevard that will connect Heaslip Road to Frisby Road.
We are pleased to introduce new Lanser Living home designs in 2024.
Lanser Living
We have some exciting new Lanser Living home designs to reveal in 2024 that will be available in Miravale! From cottage homes to townhomes and more of our popular Archer and Addison designs, we look forward to launching these collections this year. Watch this space!
New Open Space
We are excited to commence landscaping on our landscaped basin and reserve along Saverio Boulevard in 2024. This space will be home to a fitness trail and some seating.

We loved celebrating Halloween with everyone in 2023! Our face painter was so popular that we can’t wait to do it all again with everyone in October.
Legendary Landscaping
Our monthly landscaping competition will continue to run throughout 2024. Don’t forget you can nominate yourself or a neighbour for the $250 monthly prize by posting a photo of your favourite Miravale garden on Facebook or Instagram using the hashtags #Miravale and #LandscapingLegends
