Landscaping Works Starting Soon at Heaslip & Curtis Reserve
We’re excited to share some good news with our Miravale community — landscaping is about to commence at the long-awaited reserve and basin on the corner of Heaslip and Curtis Road!
We know many of you have been waiting (very patiently!) for this space to be completed, and we want to thank you for bearing with us. While there have been unavoidable delays in delivering this reserve due to downstream stormwater infrastructure not yet being in place, we’ve made the decision to move ahead with Stage 1 of the landscaping to start beautifying the area as soon as possible.
Over the coming months, you’ll start to see our landscapers on site bringing this space to life with footpaths, lush turf and garden beds — helping to transform the corner into a green and inviting space for the community.
We won’t be able to finish all of the landscaping just yet. Stage 2 will be completed as soon as the City of Playford connects the downstream infrastructure, which will allow us to complete the basin and deliver the full vision for the reserve.
In the meantime, we’re proud to be getting started and making a positive change to this important part of the neighbourhood. We know this space means a lot to the community — and we’re committed to creating something special.
