Construction Update: The Vines Collection at Miravale
Exciting progress is continues at The Vines Collection in Miravale as both external and internal works move ahead. Here’s the latest on-site activity as we edge closer to completion:
External Works
- Upper-level roof flashings and capping are now complete
- Upper downpipes have been installed, with lower level installation to follow post-render
- Remaining Hebel works to the rear of the homes have been finalised
- Underground gas provisions have been completed
- Front doors are now installed across the dwellings
- Alfresco ceiling installation is currently underway
- Roofers will return shortly to complete the lower roof capping between dwellings
- Render and texture application is scheduled over the next couple of weeks
- Carport works remain to be confirmed
Internal Works
- Cornices and plasterboard flushing are now complete
- Joinery has been installed throughout
- Scaffolding within the stair voids has been removed
- Tiling has now commenced
