Construction Update: The Vines at Miravale
We’re pleased to share a fresh construction update from The Vines at Miravale, where steady progress is being made both inside and out.
External Works
- Upper feature cladding and painting to the upper levels have been completed
- Remaining scaffolding is being removed
- The alfresco roof is now installed, with ceiling works to follow
- Work on the lower Hebel, rendering, and feature cladding is progressing
- Carport slabs are still due to commence soon
Internal Progress
- First fix services are complete
- Insulation and internal wall lining have been installed
- Second fix carpentry is finished
- Undercoat painting has begun
- Waterproofing is complete
- Kitchen installations are on the horizon
- Stone benchtop measurements and tile deliveries are being scheduled
